02 · These Terms
These terms apply to all orders placed through ryeapothecary.com (the “Website”) and govern the sale of physical goods by us to you. They are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts, except where mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
We may update these terms. Any changes take effect from the date of publication and apply only to orders placed after that date.
03 · Placing an Order
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We confirm receipt by email — this confirmation is not acceptance. A contract is formed only when we dispatch your goods and send a dispatch confirmation.
We reserve the right to decline any order. If we do, we will refund any payment taken in full within 5 business days.
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from this Website.
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of UK VAT where applicable. For international orders, additional import duties, customs fees, and local taxes may apply — these are your responsibility.
04 · Payment
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payment is taken at the time of order.
We do not store your card details. All payment data is handled by Stripe in accordance with PCI-DSS standards. Stripe’s privacy policy governs their handling of your payment data.
All transactions are encrypted via SSL. If a payment is declined, no charge will be made to your account.
05 · Products
We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, specifications, and images are accurate. Minor variations in colour may occur due to photography conditions and screen calibration.
Products are sold subject to availability. If a product becomes unavailable after you have ordered, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
Products are intended for domestic, personal use in accordance with the directions provided.
